Are you Christian and attending Leeds LGBT Pride 2017 on Sunday 6th August in order to help celebrate diversity, sexuality and gender identity in the city?
Well, here are a few events that you may be interested in…
2 pm: Parade starts from Leeds Millenium Square
As soon as the speakers and acts have finished on the Sainsbury’s Millenium Square Stage look out for the ‘Christians at Leeds LGBT Pride’ banners- people will be walking in the parade and also on the Headrow.
12 – 5 pm: Information Stall
There will be a faith pop-up stall in #gayleeds (Lower Briggate) which is where the Parade will culminate and the First Direct Main Stage acts will begin.
1 pm onwards: Space2 Breathe
Mill Hill Chapel, City Square Café area and the main church will be open for anyone wanting a friendly chat, a break from the crowds or a space to be quiet, pray and/or meditate.
5 pm: Space2 Worship
Mill Hill Chapel, City Square Café will be offering a place to worship with a short ecumenical service with readings, prayers, music and a silence.
