Orlando Shootings One Year On: Bradford Remembers (Bradford)

On June 12th in 2016, 49 people were murdered and a further 53 wounded in a terrorist attack/hate crime inside Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, United States.

It was both the deadliest mass shooting by a single shooter and the deadliest incident of violence against LGBT people in United States history. It was also the deadliest attack against the LGBT community since the Holocaust.

#gaybradford will remember the 49 people who lost their lives and all those affected by this tragedy.

This event will take place at Bradford City Hall Memorial Garden, Norfolk Gardens (BD1 1HYP) from 6 pm until 7 pm on Monday 12th June 2017.
