PrEP17 film + panel with Yorkshire Mesmac (Leeds)

PrEP17 Film and Discussion panel in Leeds.

PrEPster and Yorkshire MESMAC will be screening the film PrEP17 at Wharf Chambers in #gayleeds on Saturday 3rd June (2017) from 4 pm and it will be followed by an interactive panel discussion which will be facilitated by PrEPster‘s very own Will Nutland.

The PrEP17 documentary film by Nicholas Feustel explores the stories of over a dozen PrEP activists; current and former PrEP users; clinicians; and policy-makers. The 36-minute documentary, commissioned by PrEPster, shines a light on how PrEP has become available to thousands of people, despite the failures of the health system.

The post-film panel will include:

Pat McCusker: Yorkshire MESMAC.
Greg Owen: I Want PrEP Now.
Dr Mags Portman: Mortimer Market Centre.
Chris Penn: Yorkshire MESMAC Volunteer & PrEP user.

Find out about: how people are accessing PrEP in England; when the new IMPACT PrEP trial will start; PrEP in general and if it might be something for you or someone you know.

PrEPster acknowledges the generous support of Elton John AIDS Foundation.

The event is FREE – but please reserve an Eventbrite ticket to ensure a place.
